The Shark SkyBasic FCU is the foundation of Shark Aviation Dynamics' flight control unit lineup, engineered to deliver consistent, reliable performance across a wide range of AI-based UAV platforms and aviation installations. Its proven architecture prioritises predictability, ease of integration, and operational dependability.
Built around a 6-axis IMU, a 3-axis magnetometer, a digital MEMS barometer and optionally a GPS/GLONASS navigation module, the SkyBasic provides the core sensing and control capability required for professional-grade aerial operations. The compact 78-gram form factor enables installation in airframes where space and weight budgets are constrained.
With a high attitude update rate, 14 PWM output channels, support for UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN communication interfaces, the SkyBasic FCU integrates cleanly into existing aviation system architectures with minimal configuration overhead.
