Our Origins
Shark Aviation Dynamics was founded in May 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, with a clear and focused mission: to push the boundaries of unmanned aerial technology. We believe that the next generation of aviation demands bold engineering thinking, deep domain expertise, and an uncompromising commitment to reliability in the field.
From our earliest days, we have combined cutting-edge research with practical engineering to deliver platforms and systems that perform in real-world conditions — not just in a laboratory.
What We Build
Our product portfolio spans three interconnected areas of aviation technology.
Unmanned Aerial Platforms
Our drone platforms — including the IRYDA+ and IRYDA+ X1 — are designed for demanding operational environments. Built with a focus on durability, modularity, and mission adaptability, these platforms serve both surveillance and logistics use cases. The Shark Tiger extends our lineup with a high-performance airframe engineered for environments where margin for error is minimal.
Flight Control Systems
At the core of any reliable aerial platform is its flight controller. The Shark Skyline FCU Series comprises two distinct units: the Shark SkyBasic FCU for standard installations, and the Shark SkyNeuro FCU for missions requiring advanced automation and intelligent decision-making. Both units are designed and manufactured in-house, giving us direct control over performance, updates, and long-term support.
Ground Control Solutions
Effective air operations require effective ground infrastructure. Our Shark GCS (Ground Control Station) provides the command-and-control backbone for managing aerial missions with precision. It is engineered to integrate seamlessly with our flight platforms while remaining hardware-agnostic enough to support third-party systems.
Our Engineering Philosophy
Every product we build is guided by three principles.
Reliability above all. Aviation leaves no room for components that fail under pressure. Our design and testing cycles are built around worst-case scenarios, not average ones.
Modularity by design. Operational needs change. Our systems are architected to be upgraded, reconfigured, and extended — without requiring a complete hardware replacement.
Transparency with our partners. We work closely with the organisations that deploy our technology. Their feedback directly informs our development roadmap, and we hold ourselves accountable to their missions.
Looking Ahead
We are at an early and exciting stage. Our current product lineup represents the foundation of a broader vision — one that includes expanded autonomy capabilities, deeper integration between airframe and controller systems, and new platform categories that we are not ready to announce just yet.
